Students will engage in real-world scenarios\, role-play exercises\, and case-based challenges that highlight the importance of communication\, team-work and leadership\, ethics\, and adaptability. The program will also incorporate case studies which aim to develop student’s business acumen\, critical thinking and problem solving. Through a combination of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and an immersive mobility week\, participants will develop the interpersonal and professional skills that complement their technical accounting knowledge. Academic mentors and industry professionals will guide students in applying these skills to practical contexts\, preparing them for leadership roles in diverse organisations. \n \n \n \n How you will learn \n \n \n \n Learning activities are based on problem-based and case-based approaches\, using real-world business scenarios and applied accounting contexts. The programme is designed to develop the non-technical competencies required of accountants\, including communication\, teamwork\, leadership\, ethical decision-making\, and adaptability.
