integration, helpdesk, and displays a calendar directly from the repository
(view-only). Additionally, it includes CRM functionalities with information
about partners and working groups and allows users to register for work
package teams upon moderator approval.

Reply – is the regular reply to topic posts or to other replies, Answer – is a reply to Question which supposed to contain an answer,
Comment – Use comments to ask for more information or suggest improvements, Quote – this feature makes it easier to distinguish between
quoted text and new reply – thus following the flow of conversation becomes easier, Quote inline (copy-paste multiquote) – You can also copy a
part of text, paste in new reply editor, select and click on quote button (rich editor toolbar)

In order to start forum moderation you should navigate in Dashboard to Forums > Forums admin page. Each forum has add/edit/delete/view

Solved – Adds solved icon and [solved] prefix to topic, Sticky – Makes this topic sticky (It’s always listed on top of topic list), Close – Adds closed
icon and doesn’t allows users to post a new reply, Move – Allows to move topic to another forum. Opens a pop-up window with target forum selector,
Edit – Allows to edit topic’s first post content, Delete – Deletes Topic with all replies permanently (no way to undo)

In case you need to change something in posted topic or reply you can use Edit button. This button is available for all posts and replies.
Buttons to add a new topic/questions are located in forum pages. Click on [Add Topic] button to start creating a new topic. It opens topic rich
editor (TinyMCE).

Connect to Intra-Alliance CRM
User account is created on the INGENIUM Intra-Alliance website (locally or through the SSO)
The user may modify their Name, Date of Birth and Location by selecting Save Changes.
The user may request registration in the desired WP. The WP moderator subsequentry review the request and either
approve or reject the registration.
