Forum

This forum is an online platform where people gather to discuss specific topics, share knowledge, and exchange ideas. It usually consists of different categories or threads, each focused on a particular subject, where members can post questions, comments, or opinions.

Calendar

The calendar is a powerful tool for staying organized, managing schedules, and keeping track of important occasions. In this view, it’s seamlessly connected to the repository in a view-only mode*, giving you all the information you need in one convenient place.

Services

The repository provides file sharing and storage capabilities, along with a calendar to add  events. Communicate more effectively using the INGENIUM webmail accounts. For support requests, please sign in and to submit a ticket through the Helpdesk system.

CRM

Manage and improve interactions with all the WP Members. It helps store user information and strengthen relationships. Organize user details in one place, improve efficiency, and build long-term engagement within its community.

FAQs

Buttons to add a new topic/questions are located in forum pages. Click on [Add Topic] button to start creating a new topic. It opens topic rich
editor (TinyMCE).

Reply – is the regular reply to topic posts or to other replies, Answer – is a reply to Question which supposed to contain an answer, Comment – Use comments to ask for more information or suggest improvements, Quote – this feature makes it easier to distinguish between  quoted text and new reply – thus following the flow of conversation becomes easier.

In case you need to change something in posted topic or reply you can use Edit button. This button is available for all posts and replies.

In order to start forum moderation you should navigate in Dashboard to Forums > Forums admin page. Each forum has add/edit/delete/view
buttons.

FAQs

User account is created on the INGENIUM Intra-Alliance website (locally or through the SSO)

The user may modify their Name, Date of Birth and Location by selecting Save Changes.

The user may request registration in the desired WP. The WP moderator subsequentry review the request and either
approve or reject the registration.

Within the Members menu, the user can view the list of CRM members.

The Calendar is seamlessly connected to  the repository in a view-only mode*, giving you all the information you need in one convenient place.

Helpdesk

For support requests, please sign in with your email or username and password to submit a ticket through the Helpdesk system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track its status and responses. The system also maintains a complete record and history of all your support requests for your reference.

Repository

The repository platform provides file sharing and storage capabilities, along with a calendar feature to add and manage events. You can conveniently log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) for quick and secure access.

Webmail

We can communicate more effectively using the INGENIUM webmailaccounts. Simply log in to the webmail service to get started.
