This open session is designed for students and student organisations across all 10 INGENIUM partner universities who are interested in collaborating on international projects. During the webinar, we will provide a comprehensive overview of the application process, eligibility requirements, and the types of student-led activities that can receive seed funding of up to €10,000 per project.

What to expect:

  • Call Overview: A step-by-step guide to the application requirements and key deadlines.

  • Funding Guidance: Insights into how the budget is managed and what expenses are allowed.

  • Q&A Session: A dedicated space to answer your specific questions and help you prepare a successful proposal.

Whether you already have a project idea or are simply looking to find out more about how to connect with peers across Europe, this session is the perfect starting point.

INGENIUM Student Partnerships Matchmaking Session

Do you have an innovative idea but need partners to make it a reality? Or are you looking to join an international team and contribute to an exciting project?

The Matchmaking Session is a dedicated networking event designed to help students and student organisations across the INGENIUM Alliance find the collaborators they need to submit a successful application for the 2026 Student Partnership call.

As a reminder, every project proposal must involve students or associations from at least three different INGENIUM partner universities to be eligible for funding of up to €10,000.

Why should you attend?

  • Pitch Your Idea: If you have already submitted an “Expression of Interest”, this is your chance to present your concept to peers from other universities who may want to join your team.

  • Find a Project: If you don’t have a project of your own but want to get involved, you can meet teams currently looking for members with your specific skills or background.

  • Review Expressions of Interest: We will discuss the ideas already published on the INGENIUM website, facilitating direct contact between authors and potential partners.

  • Build Your Consortium: Use this session to finalise your group of at least three partner institutions before the formal application deadline on 5th April.
