The Business Model Canvas Course Opens on 17th of November — Learn How to Design Smarter Business Models with INGENIUM
Starting 17th of November 2025, all INGENIUM students and staff can now access a brand-new online course module designed to help them think and act like entrepreneurs.
The Business Model Canvas e-learning course module will be available on the INGENIUM Learning Platform offering students and staff across the alliance the opportunity to explore how successful business models are built — and how they can create their own.
This online activity has been developed as part of Entrepreneurial INGENIUM, an initiative led by Munster Technological University (MTU), Cork, Ireland, to provide every INGENIUM student and staff member with the opportunity to become familiar with the concept of entrepreneurship.
What Can You Learn From this INGENIUM Course Module?
The one-hour self-directed course is designed for anyone who wants to learn the entrepreneurial skills needed to lead innovative projects, teams and strategies. We hope it will spark your entrepreneurial INGENIUM mindset!
In this course, you’ll learn the basic building blocks required to take an idea for a new product or service and understand what needs to be investigated and developed to turn that idea into a viable business model.
The Business Model Canvas course module can be taken at a self-directed pace or you can use it at your university through your teaching and learning activities. The course using real life BMC case study examples, will guide you step by step, to help you learn a new way of thinking that embraces innovation, problem-solving and a proactive approach to different opportunities and challenges. After completion, you will also be awarded an INGENIUM Digital Badge.
How to Enroll
All students and staff from INGENIUM partner universities are welcome to join.
For most INGENIUM students and staff:
You can self-enrol directly in the course by first creating an account on the INGENIUM LMS platform, using your institutional university email (ending in your university’s domain). Once logged in, you’ll be able to access all course materials and start learning when the course opens on 17th of November 2025.
For students and staff from HKA and MTU:
Because institutional email access is currently restricted, please complete the dedicated registration form so that our team can manually create your LMS account. Once your account is set up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with login details and can then enrol in the course.
