The first online meeting of the Senior Winter School marks the official launch of the three Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs) and aims to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the entire event. This online session is dedicated exclusively to students and mentors who will participate in the INGENIUM Winter School – Science Meets Industry. The link to join the meeting will be sent via email to the students and mentors selected to participate in the event.

During this session, the following topics will be presented: the overall structure of the program and the objectives of the three BIPs, the detailed agenda, including the main phases and planned activities, general information regarding participation, assessment, and academic requirements, the organization of the event, covering both the online and on-site components, as well as logistical and administrative details such as communication channels, platforms to be used, coordinators, and participant support.

The meeting will also include a Q&A session, allowing participants to clarify any aspects related to the Senior Winter School and ensuring a smooth and well-organized start for everyone involved.

Additionally, separate breakout rooms/ meetings will be created for each individual BIP, where participants will have the opportunity to engage in more focused discussions on specific topics related to their respective programs.
