The second online session of the Senior Winter School will be held as a joint session for all three Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs) and is designed to introduce participants to the key themes that will be further developed during the on-site activities. This online session is dedicated exclusively to students and mentors who will participate in the INGENIUM Winter School – Science Meets Industry. The link to join the meeting will be sent via email to the students and mentors selected to participate in the event.

This common session will include two lectures addressed to all participants:

• Lecture 1: Innovation Management;
• Lecture 2: Ethical AI.

The lectures aim to provide a shared conceptual and practical foundation, preparing students for the first workshops scheduled for Monday, 26 January 2026, in the afternoon, on-site in Iași.
