INGENIUM launches the Joint Research Group Cooperation Call
The INGENIUM European University Alliance has launched a new Joint Research Group Cooperation Call, offering a valuable opportunity for doctoral candidates, early-career researchers, and academic staff to collaborate across partner universities.
This initiative supports the creation and early development of interdisciplinary research groups that will design and deliver research-based training activities within the INGENIUM doctoral ecosystems.
Selected projects will develop and implement joint activities, such as workshops, webinars, and micro-credentials, contributing to the strengthening of the INGENIUM doctoral ecosystems. These activities will address key topics, e.g. Open Science, research ethics (including responsible use of AI), research visibility, and collaboration with industry and society.
Who can apply?
The call is open to:
- Doctoral candidates
- Early-career researchers
- Academic staff involved in doctoral training
Each proposal must involve partners from at least three INGENIUM universities and be submitted by a Principal Investigator affiliated with one of the partner institutions.
What is offered?
Selected projects may receive funding of up to €10,000 to support the development of joint training activities and collaborative initiatives within the Alliance.
Timeline and Application
Projects will run from May to November 2026 and are expected to contribute to the long-term development of the INGENIUM doctoral ecosystems.
