Digital INGENIUM – WP3 Platforms

PLATFORMS and APPLICATIONS

In an effort to facilitate staff, perspective students and faculty Digital INGENIUM team proposed and upon approval developed

several platforms. Since this is an ongoing group project we anticipate more utilities and applications to be added.

  1. Development and configuration of Collaborative Platform ( NextCloud ) https://repo.ingenium-university.eu
    1. ( Debian 11 ), php 8
    2. Providing Certs, manual, quota, etc
    3. Including Groups, Uploads, Calendar, passwd share / folder share
    4. Capable of simultaneous processing of .doc, .xlsx
    5. Giving local sync (like OneDrive)
    6. Narrated video clip for dummies (inCitu)
  1. Development and configuration of Mail server (virtual)
    1. Issuing emails: wp-3@ingenium-university.eu
    2. Application of all necessary precautions (TSLS, SSL, certs)
    3. Capabilities: ThunderBird, OutLook, Webmail GUI
    4. Based on RoundCube – https://ingenium-university.eu/webmail/
    5. Provided: Html Manual, certs, skins, contacts, etc
    6. VM box for SPAM – Virus ( All in-coming and out-going messages are being scanned )
  1. Development and configuration of Ticketing platform ( Debian 11, php 8, OSTicket ) https://helpdesk.ingenium-university.eu
    1. Providing helpDesk for Zoom, Big Blue Button, Webinar
    2. Providing Mail support
    3. Live-chat balloon (inCitu)
    4. support during working-hours (+/- 2)
