Joint Master Programme in Advanced Practice Nursing in Acute Care

Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) in acute care is constantly evolving an there is a growing need for clinically specialized APN education.
This programme will equip graduates to work across diverse healthcare settings in Europe.

Introduction to the Programme

The programme was proposed by the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK) and together with Medical University Sofia (MUS) both partners are currently developing this Joint Master Programme in Advanced Practice Nursing in Acute Care.

Graduates of the programme will receive a double degree from both involved partners.

Qualification

Students will achieve EQF-7 level competence and APN competences.

Target group

Registered Nurses (including Public Health Nurses and Paramedics with RN status) working or interested in acute care with 2 years of professional expertise.

How can INGENIUM Partners participate in this call?

Currently, Xamk and MUS finalizing the double master degree for Advanced Practice Nursing in Acute Care. The focus for now is on launching this programme between the two partners.

Any additional INGENIUM partner that would like to be involved is invited to share the ideas and shape the future development of the programme.
