INGENIUM aims to support the development of PhD candidates by providing them with specialized knowledge and expansive networking opportunities.

INGENIUM will organize short, specialized courses to enhance the doctoral programs from candidates’ home universities, covering industry exposure, interdisciplinary research, and essential transferable skills. Additionally, it will offer (Global Leaders’ Master Classes for direct learning from world’s leading researchers, and mandatory Ethics & Research Integrity training to ensure compliance with the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
