The structured approach to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) will help you to cultivate a new way of thinking that embraces innovation, problem-solving and a proactive approach to different opportunities and challenges. |
| Contents and Methods | You will use the Business Model Canvas tool to approach either a personal or corporate challenge or opportunity. You’ll learn to identify and communicate the nine key elements of a business model; Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationship, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, Revenue Streams and Cost Structure. |
| Type of Assessment | There is no formal assessment for this course, course participants will work through their own Business Model Canvas template as they progress through the course. Upon completion, students will receive an INGENIUM Digital Badge. |
| Study Materials | The Business Model Canvas provides a clear and concise framework for entrepreneurs to understand, plan and communicate their business idea. You can use the dedicated template to brainstorm an idea or product that addresses the challenge or opportunity you have identified. |
