Proposals for Course Catalogue Contributions
- The simplest contribution anyone can make. You are not designing anything new: you are making a course you already teach available to students elsewhere in the alliance, first of all to those following a Pathway.
IN ONE MINUTE
- For courses that already exist and are already accredited. No co-design, no new approval, no partner required.
- Three conditions: the course belongs to an official programme accredited following the European Standards and Guidelines, it can be followed virtually or in blended mode, and it has places available.
- The main audience is Pathway students, and then any student at a partner university.
- Two deadlines. Courses for the second semester of 2026/2027 by 16 October 2026; courses for 2027/2028 by 18 December 2026.
- There is no expression of interest and no assessment against the three criteria: a contribution is checked against the conditions above and published.

Why the catalogue matters
The catalogue is the supply side of every Pathway in the alliance. A Pathway promises a student an international route through their degree; the catalogue is where the courses that make up that route actually come from. A Pathway with no courses available at the right level, in the right semester, in a language the student reads, is a promise that cannot be kept.
This is also the lowest-effort way to be part of the INGENIUM offer. If a course you already teach runs online or in blended mode and has room, contributing it takes one form and no negotiation with anybody.

Accredited programme, followable virtually or in blended mode, places available. If the course is on site only, it cannot be contributed — though it may still fit a Pathway window or a Blended Intensive Programme.

Submit the course details
One form per course. The details you give become what students read, so completeness matters more than polish.

Publication
Contributions are checked and published in the INGENIUM Course Catalogue, and promoted to Pathway students and coordinators through the student cycle.

Delivery
Incoming students register through the arrangements at your institution. Your International Relations Office and INGENIUM contact point support the administrative side.
If the course runs between February and June 2027, submit by 16 October 2026 — the earlier deadline exists so that students can be told about the course before the semester starts. If the course runs in the academic year 2027/2028, submit by 18 December 2026 with the rest of the general call.
Course Catalogue contribution
One form per course. Everything asked here is information you already have; the level of detail matters because this is what students and their academic advisors will read when deciding whether the course fits their route.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Courses in any language are welcome, and the catalogue records the language so that students can filter. Multilingual provision is part of what the alliance is building.
As many as you can genuinely hold. Two or three is a real contribution. Declaring places you cannot honour is worse than declaring none.
Not to the catalogue, which exists so that students can follow courses without relocating. An on-site course may still fit a Pathway mobility window, a Blended Intensive Programme, or a collaborative teaching initiative.
No. A contribution is checked against the three conditions — accredited, followable remotely, places available — and then published. There is no competitive assessment.
Nothing. The catalogue grows by being comprehensive; a course with no takers in one semester may be exactly what a Pathway needs in the next.
Yes, and it is the simplest way to make it available across the alliance once it exists.
