Proposals for Staff Academy Training
- Training proposed by the community, for the community. What is selected here becomes the initial edition of the INGENIUM Staff Academy, which runs from February to June 2027 as the pedagogical backbone of the whole call.

- For training activities aimed at colleagues — academic or administrative — rather than at students.
- Proposals may come bottom-up from anyone in the community, or top-down from work packages and alliance management where a strategic training need has been identified. Both are assessed against the same criteria.

- A Blended Intensive Programme for staff can serve as the vehicle for a training proposal.
- Training can take any format: from a 2 hour webinar to a week long on site Blended Intensive Programme including several online sessions. You can also propose a topic and tell us that several formats are possible.
- In this format, proposals through the general call (deadline 18th of December) may be integrated in the initial edition of the Staff Academy. However, we particularly welcome proposals through the fast track.

Training that follows the collaboration
The Academy is modular, and the track a participant follows depends on the modality of collaboration they are engaged in. Pathways have one track; micro-credentials another; Blended Intensive Programme organisers, collaborative teaching teams, collaborative thesis supervisors and challenge-based mobility proposers each have their own. The tracks vary in length and in nature, because what a Pathway developer needs to know differs from what a micro-credential designer needs.
This is why the application asks which modality your training prepares staff for. It is the single most useful thing you can tell the Academy. The objective throughout is to prepare staff to engage in collaboration, not to deliver training in the abstract — a direct response to the mid-term review recommendation that pedagogical training be tied to educational delivery.

Delivery and feedback
Selected training is scheduled within the Academy calendar, promoted across the ten partners, and evaluated with participants.
How your proposal is assessed
Relevance, Quality and Impact, scored out of ten in total. Six points are needed to pass. Assessment in this edition is light and enhancement-oriented: where a proposal falls short on one dimension but is otherwise strong, the feedback says what would fix it.

Does it advance what the alliance has committed to?

- Quality of the online or blended design, with active rather than passive sessions

What will change, and will it last?

The three dimensions are common to the whole call; the points listed under each are the version that applies to this section. A small number of categories may carry a different weighting, which will be published here before the call opens.
Funding & Support
Up to EUR 10,000 may be requested for a single initiative. There is no minimum, and proposals that request nothing are not disadvantaged. The application asks what the money is for and roughly how much goes to each element, not for a formal budget.

The separation between INGENIUM project funds and Erasmus+ KA131 is strict, and cost declarations are kept apart so that no activity is funded twice.
Fast-track application
For initiatives ready to run between February and June 2027. There is no expression of interest: complete the application form, then upload it here with any supporting material. Applications are reviewed as they arrive and approvals are communicated in early November 2026. Fast-track proposals should be deliverable from February 2027, which means the three partners are confirmed and the calendar is realistic.

Yes, and it is often the strongest kind of proposal. Say what you would adapt for an alliance-wide audience across ten national contexts.
That the need was identified by a work package or by alliance management rather than by an individual. Top-down proposals are identified as such at launch and assessed against the same framework. The distinction exists for transparency, not for privilege.
Yes. Programmes for staff or mixed audiences are vehicles for the Academy. If the Erasmus+ rules apply — three institutions, 3 ECTS, a BIP code — submit it under Blended Intensive Programmes and say that it feeds the Academy.
Staff from across the ten partners, either following the complete track or joining the components relevant to the initiative they are working on. Participation is recognised through digital badges.
