Why talk some more about inclusion? Well, in a perfect world we wouldn’t need to but…
Mihaela Cojan Psychologist at TUIASI, Romania and Monica Moisuc, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at MTU, Ireland invite you all (staff and students) to an interactive webinar exploring how inclusive mindsets are built.
Building on insights from the World Café workshop at the Ingenium Staff Academy in Skövde, this session will focus on lived experience rather than theory, examining what happens inside us when we encounter difference, conflict, or exclusion, and how self-awareness, regulation, and perspective taking can support more inclusive behaviours, practices and leadership.
In our universities we often talk about inclusion as a value or a goal. In this webinar, we want to slow things down and look at where inclusion actually begins. Inside us. We will explore what happens in moments of difference or conflict, how our minds and bodies respond, and how small shifts in awareness and regulation can support more inclusive leadership, decisions, and everyday interactions. This is not about having the perfect answers, but about building the inner capacity to stay open, curious, and human.
Join us live, on November 10 at 12:00 CET, for this meaningful conversation!
